We have worked with mhs commercial services
for seven years and have developed a good degree of trust that goes
beyond traditional client and contractor roles. In our experience,
one of their unique strengths is the ability to react positively to
the needs of clients. As we have tried to improve performance, they
have adapted their working practices. We described our working
relationship as partnering before the term became part of the
language in the industry.
mhs
commercial services worked with us as we redesigned our
working processes. In combination, we analysed the flow of work and
set about making changes that made us more efficient. A member of
the mhs team was seconded to work
alongside our process improvement team, delivering significant
improvements. This has led to our combined performance measures
being improved. In the next year mhs
commercial services will also be helping us provide
construction training opportunities to our tenants and we will
hopefully make use of Skillsgateway.
We are very pleased with the service
mhs commercial services provides
for our customers. They provide a fully reactive repairs and
maintenance service which we hope will extend to planned
maintenance next year.
The feedback we get from our customer
satisfaction surveys has been consistently good with 80% of our
customers rating the level of service as very good. It’s probably
true to say that our customers see mhs front line staff more than our own so we
consider them to be our ambassadors. We even included them on
training sessions, which is very unusual for clients to do. We
wanted to acknowledge how important they are to us and how much we
rely on them to provide a good service.
