‘Considerate Contractors’

mhs commercial services specialise in contracts that involve working within people's homes and we understand the importance of carrying out our work with the minimum disruption to our customers.  Our company operates a considerate contractor’s code of practice that ensures that our customers’ needs are paramount. The code states that we are accountable and ready to deal with any concerns as to performance, quality of work and standards of behaviour and dress for all our operatives. 

We pay particular attention to security as we understand that this is of primary concern to residents; all our employees, therefore, carry photo identification which confirms they are bona-fide members of our workforce and authorised to carry out specific repairs and maintenance work for our clients.  In addition, all our operatives wear company uniforms with the corporate logo and our vehicles display our distinctive signage.

Due to our location, mhs commercial services is a well recognised company within Medway and has a reputation for excellent customer services, borne out by the high level of client retention.  To ensure a customer focused service, we have devised a number of performance measures, monitored on a weekly basis. These include:

 

  • Customer satisfaction surveys (approximately 15% of completed jobs per week), conducted in conjunction with clients to ensure a broad range of residents are canvassed.
  • Customer care training for both office and on site operatives; mhs commercial sources an external training provider and attends those training programmes supplied by clients.

  • All repairs are agreed appointments
