We pay particular attention to security as we
understand that this is of primary concern to residents; all
our employees, therefore, carry photo identification which
confirms they are bona-fide members of our workforce and
authorised to carry out specific repairs and maintenance work for
our clients. In addition, all our operatives wear company
uniforms with the corporate logo and our vehicles display our
distinctive signage.

retention. To ensure a customer focused service, we have
devised a number of performance measures, monitored on a weekly
