Code of Conduct for working in and around residents’ homes

Guaranteed exceptional service to mhs commercial customers

As part of the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional service, all trades will be obliged to work to the standards set out in our customer service charter.

To make sure the message is understood every representative of mhs commercial will carry a reminder in the form of a credit card insert to the ID that must be worn at all times and shown to customers before entering their homes. 

At the commencement of new contracts a copy of the charter will be included within the introductory information sent to residents.
