mhs commercial services joins Medway Fair Trader
Scheme
Recognised as one of the leading maintenance organisations in the
South East, mhs commercial services has now branched out into the
private sector, offering its quality assured services to the
residents of Medway.
The Medway Fair Trader scheme allows
customers to check which businesses have been approved by trading
standards before purchasing their goods or services, whilst
ensuring that businesses are fair and competitive.
Carl Dewey, Director of mhs commercial
services said, "It is of fundamental importance that residents of
Medway have access to reputable and reliable contractors
and we are very pleased to be affiliated with a scheme such as
the Medway Fair Trader. We look forward to working closely with
Medway Council’s Trading Standards department to ensure this
scheme achieves all its objectives."
The scheme aims to stamp out rogue traders in Medway and ensure
that customer confidence is increased with the businesses that have
this accreditation.
Alex Richardson from Rochester said, "I asked mhs commercial
services to quote for my extension because I knew someone who
worked there. Like many other people I hadn't built anything before
and I wanted a fair price from a reliable contractor that
was also local. You hear so many stories these days about cowboys
and conmen that I think the Fair Trader Scheme is a very good
thing which can only help us."
Vikram Sahdev, Medway Fair Trader
Scheme's Lead Officer said, "We are very pleased to see mhs
commercial services join this scheme, as they will provide homes in
Medway with contractors operating to the Fair Trader code of
practice."
