Opening a
gateway to customer satisfaction
We have recently been promoting the services of mhs
commercial to customers at the Thames Gateway Regional
Residents Event. During the day George Cass and Mick
Luther answered customers questions, received feedback on the
services they provide and gained a understanding of what residents
want.
Carl Dewey mhs commercial Director
said, "These organised events are a great opportunity for us to
meet with tenants of the housing authorities for which we
carry out work. It adds to our continuous review of our services
and makes sure we are providing to the best of our ability."
On the day wel held a competition for
all attendees to guess the number of sweets in the jar. The lucky
winner was Joshua Agyei from Beckton. His guess of 525 sweets was
only five away from the correct amount. Joshua won a signed shirt
from Gillingham Football Club and the sweet jar itself.
Joshua has never won any thing before
and was very excited to hear he had, "It’s very nice to win
something", said Joshua "I will be sharing my sweets with my
friends and family."
