mhs commercial services recognises the
importance of having highly qualified and motivated staff to
facilitate the delivery of these projects. To augment this, and as
part of our "investors in people" status, we have developed 3 year
training programmes for all operatives, focusing on key issues such
as diversity, customer satisfaction and environmental impact. As an
indication of our depth of experience and knowledge we have
detailed below the senior management structure, which if successful
will be deployed on this contract.
Commercial Director: Carl
Dewey MCIOB MIMBM
Director with ultimate responsibility
for the overall business operation. Possesses an extensive
knowledge of Project Management and building technology. A member
of the Institute of Maintenance and Building Management and a
member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
Construction Manager:
Steve Smith ACIOB
Responsible for the day to day
management of major refurbishment and modernisation works.
Utilising his experience from an extensive career in construction
and project management, Steve has applied the knowledge gained from
his early years as a site-based operative to deliver a customer
focused service that is tailored towards projects undertaken whilst
residents remain in occupation.
Contracts Manager: Chris
Hall ACIOB
Responsible for the delivery of the
Decent Homes initiative, expert in project management and resource
allocation. Proficient at information technology and CAD
design.
This group is further supported by a
robust team of Resident Liaison Officers, Site Managers and Quality
Supervisors.
