The Group Board has ultimate responsibility for the direction and control of the business of the Group and its subsidiaries. It is accountable to tenants, regulators and other key stakeholders for the successful delivery and development of the housing and related services and other activities provided by the Group, ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
