mhs express is open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8.30am to 2pm on Saturdays

let you know who you're speaking to
be polite, positive, professional and friendly
do our best to deal with your enquiry at the first point of call.

We need to:

confirm your identity
make sure your details (e.g. mobile number, e-mail address) are up to date
get as much detail as possible so we can help you.

Our busiest time is between 8.30am and 11.00am. If your call isn't urgent, you may prefer to contact us outside of these hours. We want to give brilliant customer service. You can help us by:-

confirming your name, address and telephone number
being ready to answer any additional security questions
knowing when you'll be at home so we can arrange an appointment (when reporting a repair)
letting us know as soon as you can if you need to change your appointment
being courteous to our Customer Service Team - we really are here to help.

planned maintenance
anti-social behaviour
our Customer Service Centre
our complaints service
where you live.
