Single Equality Scheme 

mhs homes held a formal public consultation on its Equality & Diversity Policy and Strategy in January 2010.  The purpose was to update these documents and make public our statement of commitment to equality and diversity.  We want to become an organisation that is inclusive and draws strength from its differences.  We aim to improve the quality of life of all our customers and staff by mainstreaming equality and diversity so that it is embedded in our day to day work. The new Single Equality Scheme and Equality and Diversity Policy have now been approved.
