Become an Estate Champion
Customers can volunteer to
become Estate Champions for their neighbourhood. Each Estate
Champion has a dedicated point of contact to report any issues
relating to their area. Estate Champions also attend Estate
Walkabouts with the local housing officers and other residents to
highlight any problems. This
encourages residents in their neighbourhood to talk
to each other about the issues that are affecting them.
