Customer Satisfaction Surveys

All housing associations are required by the Tenant Services
Authority (TSA) to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey of its
customers at least once every three years; this survey is called a
STATUS survey. The survey aims to find out about the views,
attitudes and experiences of our customers. It is your opportunity
to tell us how you feel about the area that you live in and the
work that we do.
As a customer of mhs homes your views are very important to us.
The results are used to plan for future development and to improve
our services.
