Become a Mystery Shopper
We are looking for a team of
enthusiastic volunteers to test our services for quality. Mystery
Shoppers operate anonymously and report their findings back to us.
They provide a valuable service and act as the eyes and ears in the
areas where they live.
What do I need to know to become a Mystery Shopper?
You will need to be available to carry out a 'mystery shop'
sometime between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday, which could
either be through using the phone, completing a questionnaire or
dropping into mhs express or mhs homes Broadside.
Could Mystery Shopping improve my job prospects?
Mystery Shopping could improve your skills and abilities
and help you in your future career development. It
may:
- improve your communication skills
- develop your organisational skills
- build self confidence.
Will I receive training for Mystery Shopping?
All Mystery Shoppers will attend a free one day training course.
mhs homes will assess the level of training required for each
Mystery Shopper. We will tailor our training to match each
Mystery Shopper's individual skills and provide ongoing
support.

Mystery Shoppers will be asked:-


to attend meetings
to go on regular training
to be mobile

for your time and commitment.
