Mystery
shopping is where customers test the services that mhs homes
provide.
You can do this face to
face, by telephone or by email or by letter.
You then provide your honest
feedback on how the service was for you
We look at how improvements
can be made based on your feedback.
Training is provided to give
you the skills and confidence you need to carry out the agreed
tasks.
How long will it take?
Each mystery shop should
take no longer then 10 -20 minutes to complete an agreed task (plus
travelling time).
Will staff know who the mystery
shoppers are?
All staff at mhs homes are
aware that mystery shopping takes place, however they will not know
when it will happen or who is carrying out the shop.
When will I need to be available to
do the shops?
You will need to be
available to complete your shop during office hours, which are:
8:30am - 5:00pm Monday
to Friday at mhs homes Broadside
8.30am - 5.00pm Monday
to Friday at mhs express or 8:30am -2:00pm on a
Saturday.
If you are carrying
out telephone scenarios, then you will need to be available between
8:00am - 6:00pm and 8.30am - 2.00pm
on a
Saturday.
