Customer Annual Report 2011
Earlier this year mhs homes invited a number
of customers to form a Focus Group alongside two members of the
Customer Scrutiny Panel to influence the content and design of the
2011 Customer Annual Report.
The Focus Group
- asked for the 2011 Customer Annual Report to
be a calendar and agreed the design
- asked us to use ‘traffic light’ indicators to show how we are
performing against other housing organisations
- checked the content on every page of the Customer Annual Report
and agreed the final design
