by telephoning our Contact team on 01634 565333, or by visiting our
Chatham High Street office mhs express. We may need
to verify your identity and cannot give details to third
parties without your permission.

How do I make a claim for Housing
Benefit?
Contact Medway Council for a claim form
unless you have made a claim for JobSeekers Allowance or Income
Support. Forms can be obtained from Medway Council, Gun
Wharf, Chatham, by telephoning 01634 332222 or by requesting a
form on line.

What change of circumstances should I
inform Housing Benefits of?
Generally you should
inform Medway Council of any changes in income or savings, non
dependants, children becoming 18, or absences of 13 weeks or
more. The rules are complex and will depend on your
individual circumstances.

do?
You should register your claim for benefit by

The Notice of Seeking Possession is the first stage in mhs homes
taking legal action. You should contact us immediately to
make an arrangement for clearing the arrears. Don't ignore
