When you contact us we'll:
- Prioritise your repair depending on the nature of the
fault
- Give you a date of an appoinment
- Tell you if there is anything you can do to resolve the
repair
Why so many questions? We need to:
- Confirm your identity
- Get as much detail as possible so we can send out the correct
engineer
Help us to help you
- Our businest time is between 8.30am to 11am. If your
repair isn't an emergency you may prefer to contact us outside of
these hours.
We want to give you a brilliant service. You can help us
by:
- Giving us exact details of the repair you require
- Letting us know as soon as a repair is required rather than
calling with multiple repairs
- Know when you'll be at home so we can arrange an
appointment.

We may call you to ask some survey questions about the repair
you reported. These surveys are important. They tell us
what you think of our service. The more information we
gather, the more we can change and deliver excellent service.
