improvements.
This customer service guarantee details the service you can
expect from us when carrying out major works and improvements to
your home. mhs homes carries out planned work and
improvements to our properties to ensure they are well maintained,
such works as an example could be:
- External Cyclical Maintenance
- Electrical Rewire
- Window and door replacement
- Roof replacement programmes
- Boiler Renewal
- External wall repairs
- Kitchen and bathroom replacement
- Heating system replacement
- Environmental Improvements
When we carry out these works, we will provide an excellent,
convenient, clear and well communicated service.
Our commitment to our customers to provide an excellent
service:
- Inform our customers of the next 3 years of planned works to
their home on an annual basis.
Involve customers at all stages of projects.
- Explain in plain language what the work involves and how we can
minimise disruption and disturbance to you.
- Provide clear timescales for works to be undertaken, and to
inform our customers of any changes.
- We will take into account any specific needs that you or your
family require, to provide a fair and inclusive service.
- Provide a minimum 3 months notice of planned work with a
further four weeks notice and a three day notice prior to
commencing works.
- Provide details of all mhs homes staff involved with the
project and provide an out of hours emergency contact.
On completion of the works we will ask for your views on whether
you were satisfied with the work that has
been completed.
- To help fulfil our promises to you, we ask all customers to
ensure that agreed access arrangements are followed, or to let us
know as soon as possible if you cannot make them, and to take all
reasonable steps to allow the contractor to carry out the planned
works in a safe and timely way.
