Services
Our experienced and highly skilled team of caretakers provide
the following range of services:
- Cleaning of internal and external communal areas of blocks of
flats
- Cleaning of external areas only of sheltered schemes
- Change light bulbs in communal areas
- Litter picking
- Graffiti removal
- Reporting repairs in communal area and fly tipping
Caretaking timetable
The weekly cleaning schedule shows when your caretaker will be
operating in your area. Although we aim to keep to this schedule at
all times, it may be subject to change in the event of bank
holidays or exceptional circumstances eg: heavy snow.
Up to date information about your caretaking service can also be
found on the notice boards which are located in most
blocks.

Welcome
Our caretakers arrange to meet all new tenants and leaseholders
shortly after they move in. This is a great opportunity to
introduce themselves and to explain the range of services they
provide.
