Our team of caretakers are committed to providing you with an excellent service.

Dave Roberts, caretaker for Chatham central area was awarded Employee of the Year 2009  following nominations from many residents who were delighted with the service provided by Dave.

Services

Our experienced and highly skilled team of caretakers provide the following range of services:

  • Cleaning inside and outside communal areas of blocks of flats
  • Cleaning of outside areas only of sheltered schemes
  • Change light bulbs in communal areas
  • Litter picking
  • Graffiti removal
  • Reporting repairs in communal area and fly tipping

Caretaking Timetable

The weekly cleaning timetable shows when your caretaker will be working in your area. We try to keep to this timetable at all times but it may change on bank holidays or events beyond our control eg: heavy snow.

Up to date information about your caretaking service can also be found on the notice boards in your block.

Welcome

Our caretakers arrange to meet all new tenants and leaseholders shortly after they move in. This is a great chance for the caretaker to introduce themselves and to explain the range of services they provide.
