Neighbourhood services team

The tasks covered by the Neighbourhood officers include; resident involvement, minor anti-social behaviour, estate management, and transfers. The Neighbourhood Officers also cover tenancy management, so would deal with any tenancy breach, and manage the trial tenancy programme. Targets are now set on all these task areas, and the main focus for this year is customer engagement on decision making, budget expenditure, and developing two new resident involvement groups on every patch. The team work closely with environmental services to ensure that estate services are maintained to a high standard.
