Estate walkabouts

We carry out regular estate inspections, throughout the year, on all our estates. We do this to pick up on oustanding communal repairs and to note any  problems with the condition of the communal areas in each neighbourhood.

Over the next few months, we plan to consult with residents living on all our estates to discuss ways we might be able to help improve their neighbourhood. 

We realise that the condition of our estates affects us all and we woudl like as many residents as possible to join us on our  walkabouts. If you think improvements are needed in your neighbourhood and you would like to take part in an estate walkabout please contact your Neighbourhood Officer to let us know you are coming and to confirm that they will be meeting you.  

Every estate inspection is recorded and the outcome will be available to view on our website within 10 working days.

The walkabouts are arranged to focus on each estate generally and any general issues that could affect everyone living in the area. They are not an opportunity for you to make complaints about other tenants neither are they the time to talk about repairs to your home.
