Estate walkabouts

mhs homes carries out regular estate inspections on all our estates throughout the year to pick up on oustanding communal repairs and any problems with the conditions of communal areas. 

Over the coming months, we are hoping to consult with residents across all our estates to develop their neighbourhood. 

We encourage residents to attend these walkabouts with their Neighbourhood Officers as the condition of the estate effects us all. If you think improvements are needed in your neighbourhood and you would like to take part in an estate walkabout please contact your Neighbourhood Officer to confirm the details. 

Outcome of the estate inspection will be available to view within 10 working days.

Please note that the walkabouts will only focus on the estate generally and any issues that could affect everyone living in the area. They are not an opportunity for individuals to make complaints about other tenants or a time to talk about repairs to an individual property.
