Reorganising our offices

We have also reorganised our offices and set up a customer contact centre allowing telephone contact for extended hours, our priority being that enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.

In order to continue to provide a positive and open relationship with our customers we opened mhs express, a high street customer centre in the heart of Medway which was opened by BBC South East news presenter Geoff Clark.
