mhs express which is situated in Chatham High Street (near to Argos) operates as a 'one stop shop' for all customer enquiries. Our customer service advisors provide a friendly face to face service sixdays a week. mhs express is open Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to 5pm.

Our highly trained Customer Service Advisors are here to deal with a wide range of questions and requests related to housing and the services we provide. The telephone contact team and the staff at mhs express are one large team of people who work on rotation basis, so they are the same people who are your point of contact whether you call by phone or in person at mhs express. The team is made up of seventeen highly trained people who will deal with any issues you may need to talk to us about.They are trained to be able to help you with just about everything that is part of our service.
The nature of our business requires that our staff are out of the office dealing with customers for most of the day, every day. We have therefore trained our Customer Service Team to enable them to deal with the vast majority of your queries. When you call our offices the contact team will handle all enquiries, and calls will not be put through to other departments. The contact team will deal with your call from start to finish, they will provide guidance on policy and procedures, will answer enquiries on allocations, and voids, and resolve rent queries, deal with complaints, and ensure that our staff members are made aware of your call and any further work that needs to be completed.
Our efficient and professional team will be your ‘first and only’ point of contact for telephone enquiries in future, which means that your call will not be passed on to another member of our staff to deal with. We look forward to working with you on this new service.
