Mystery Shoppers
Become a Mystery Shopper!
We are looking for a team of enthusiastic volunteers to carry
out checks to assist in monitoring the services at mhs
homes. Mystery Shoppers operate anonymously, and report
their findings back to mhs homes. They provide a
valuable service and act as the eyes and ears of the areas in which
they live
mhs homes is committed to providing housing
services which meet the needs of its residents. The purpose of
Mystery Shopping is to monitor the quality of services and make
recommendations for improvement.
The aims of Mystery
Shopping
• To help improve service
standards
• To identify good and bad practice
• To encourage the involvement of people, from all
communities, in the decision making and improvement of
services.
mhs homes will
provide training on Mystery Shopping scenarios,
guidance and checklists to complete.
In exchange for carrying
out Mystery Shopping we will offer a nominal payment in
the form of shop vouchers.
