What is Speakeasy?

Speakeasy is a telephone feedback service designed to give you your say from the comfort of your own home.

It involves us telephoning you four times a year at a time you have requested. The calls should last no longer than 15 minutes.

  • How can the service be improved?
  • Any new ideas you would like to share with us?
  • Views on new ideas we may have?
