What is the gold
service? 
mhs homes recognises that the majortiy of our
tenants follow the terms of their tenancy agreement.
To say 'thank you' we have developed the gold service to reward
those tenants for their loyalty through a number of
benefits and rewards available exclusively to them.

To become a member of gold you need to be a mhs
homes tenant or leaseholder who has:
- maintained a clear rent account for a minimum of 6 week.
- maintained a rent agreement for 12 consecutive weeks.
- no outstanding tenancy issues, such as nuisance.
