Each scheme has the support of a Scheme Manager who will visit you one or more times a week depending on your support needs as agreed with you.

All of our sheltered housing have emergency pull cords so you have the added security of knowing you can contact help 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Flats are available to rent with a fortnightly payment, which covers rent, water, heating and hot water and some household insurance. Council Tax is payable by you to the local authority.
