Help with paying your rent

Problems paying your rent?

Your tenancy agreement that you signed requires you to pay the correct amount of your rent on time in return for living in your home.  This is a contract between you and mhs homes and as such is very important.  However, occasionally you might think you have problems making the rent payment in time.  You should always try and put your rent payment first, but if you still have difficulties then mhs homes may be able to help and give you some advice.  Please contact us immediately. We can help you find ways to pay your rent by Agreeing a payment plan or Referring you to specialist benefits or money management advisors.

Do not wait until you build up a debt.  We are here to help, please do not ignore your rent payments. The sooner you contact us, the quicker we can help you.

The National Debt helpline also offers free help and confidential advice on how to deal with debt problems and can be contacted Monday to Friday between 9am to 9pm and on Saturdays from 9am until 1pm on 0808 808 4000.
