The Income Recovery team deals with money matters at the point of mhs homes taking legal action for non payment of rent, re-charging for damage caused to a property or other costs where this organisation has had costs to pay on behalf of a tenant.
The team also deals with the collections of debts to mhs homes. The income recovery team aims to recover all debts owed by current and former tenants of mhs homes as quickly as quickly as possible.
