Home Safety Information
Safety and security in your home are important and there are a
number of measures you can take to keep your home safe.
Gas Safety Information
By law we must carry out a gas safety check every year to any
gas appliances that we are responsible for. You must allow
our Contractors into your homes to carry out these essential safety
checks, failure to do so may result in court action.
If you smell gas call free on 0800 111 999 and
follow these rules:
- DON'T create a flame or operate electrical switches. This
includes light switches.
- DO put out any flames that are already lit, open doors and
windows, keep people away from the area and turn the gas off at the
control valve.
Electrical Safety Information

- how to switch off the electricity at the mains
