PROPERTY SERVICES
mhs homes Property Services is responsible for maintaining and
upgrading all properties. This programme of work is
done over a five year cyclical programme known as ERP (External
Repairs and Painting).
The work is carried out on an annual basis to
specific areas. This could include Window Replacement, Re-Roofing,
Re-Wiring, External Repairs and Painting, New Doors & Fire Door
Installation.
When your home is due for work to be done you will be
notified so that we can explain the nature of the work to be
carried out. We will also give you a timescale together with the
name and contact details of the contractor who will carry out the
work. We will keep you informed every step of the way. We may ask
you to take part in a Tender Evaluation Panel Meeting (to
help chose which Contractor we should use). We will also consult
with you regarding individual choices and finishes when carrying
out work to external doors, kitchens and bathrooms.
