What is Gold Service?

This is the reward scheme exclusive to customers of mhs homes.  To apply for the gold service you will need the following:

  • A clear rent account for a minimum of 6 weeks or
  • to have maintained a rent agreement for 12 consecutive weeks.
  • No outstanding tenancy issues, such as nuisance.

How do I apply?

Contact the Gold Service Coordinator or the Customer Contact Team on 0845 113 3000, visit mhs express in Chatham High Street; or, alternatively, you can fill out our on-line form below and an application pack will be sent to you by post:
