Your responsibilities
Tenants are responsible for the
following:
- keeping your home clean
- maintain room decoratation
- repairing any damage caused by you or
your family
- door fitting and locks and
keys
- toilet seats and bathroom
furniture and fittings
- plugs and chains in the sink and
bath
- all gardens
