The void team is responsible for turning around all of our empty properties within an llocated timescale.

Carrying out surveys on all empty properties and specifying repair works to meet the letting standard.

Works also include:
Gas, electrical and other safety checks
Clearing and cleaning
Re-decoration where necessary
Any improvements considered essential to let the property including the fitting of new kitchens, bathrooms and central heating.
