Want to move home?
If you are already a tenant of an mhs
homes property but your home is either too large, too small,
or doesn't meet your needs you can apply to move to another
property. Here are the ways you can move:
Mutual Exchanges
This is where you simply swap your
home with another tenant. You can either swap your home with
a tenant of another housing association or local council. For

You may apply to transfer to another
property if the property you are living in doesn't meet your

property
If you wish to move out of your mhs
homes property you must give 4 weeks notice in writing. Find
