Moving to a non-mhs property
If you want to end your tenancy you must give us at least four
weeks notice in writing and provide a forwarding address.
Properties should be left clean and clear of all household
items. Dont forget to inform the gas and electric company you
are moving and make a note of the meter readings.
Keys should be returned to mhs express
in Chatham High Street. Please do not return keys in the
post.
