Right To Buy

If you are a protected tenant, under the Right to Buy scheme you may be able to buy your home at a price lower than the full market value. This is because the length of time you have spent as a tenant entitles you to a discount.

To qualify for the Right to Buy there are specific criteria that must be met and some homes may be excluded.  For more information or to request the Right to Buy application form please contact the customer contact centre on 0845 113 3000.
