  • The sale of mhs homes and Heart of Medway new build shared ownership schemes. Working with our marketing agents Stagnell Fox www.stagnellfox.co.uk customers interested in owning a share of their home can get advise about who qualifies for the scheme as well as guidance through the application and purchasing process
  • Staircasing and the resales of shared ownership properties sold by Heart of Medway and mhs homes. Staircasing allows shared ownerhsip customers to change their equity share in the property. Typically customers will increase their equity share which dedcreases the rent charged on the unpurcahsed percentage.
