What is ‘my mhs homes’?

The ‘my mhs homes’ section of the website is an interactive web service that lets you view your own tenancy details on line, at any time. Customers will be able to register with their tenancy details, date of birth and surname.

Designed specifically for mhs homes customers by customers, this easy-to-use system will allow you to:

 View your tenancy details
 View your rent account statements
 Request and view repairs
 Contact your housing officer
 Report anti-social behaviour
 Register a complaint or compliment


How do I register?

Customers register with their Tenancy reference number, date of birth and surname. Your Tenancy reference number can be found on your rent statement. If you are unsure of your Tenancy Reference please call the customer services team on 0845 113 3000. Once you have entered the above details, you will be asked to enter a username and password of your choice. Please remember to keep these details confidential.

How many people can register in my household?

Registration is restricted to one named person on the Tenancy.

What do I do if I forget my details?

If you forget your details you will be able to re-register online.

What happens if there is a change to my Tenancy?

If your tenancy changes you will be provided with a new Tenancy reference and will have to re-register your account.

What if information displayed is missing or incorrect?
