Our work with Liberty Gas

In April last year we switched our gas contractor to Liberty Gas and employ them to carry out annual services, breakdowns and boiler installations.

We’ve worked hard to make sure the service they give our customers is up to scratch but it’s clear some customers are not getting the service they should.

We met with their senior team on Friday 19 January and they’ve agreed to make changes to improve things. In the meantime we wanted to say sorry to any customers who haven’t received the service they should. Please be assured we’re doing all we can to improve things and thank you for being patient.
