We’ve been recognised for our commitment to diversity and inclusion

Our dedication to provide a fair and diverse workplace has been recognized. We’ve been placed at number 42 on the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) UK Top 100 Index 2019.

Last year we were ranked at number 74, and were also recognised as an Investor in People, with Gold accreditation for the sixth year running.

"It’s a brilliant achievement for us to be ranked on the Top 100 list for the second year in a row. It’s even more impressive that we’ve managed to move up 32 places on the top 100 list. We’ve been working hard over the past year to show respect and excellence in all we do – they’re two of our core values and underpin everything we do."

Colin McCarthy, HR Manager

The NCFD’s mission is to advance equality, diversity and inclusion to ensure fairness for all. Their Top 100 list was announced at the NCFD’s Grand Awards on 17 January.

"mhs has been recognized in the NCFD Top 100 Index because it has embedded all the values and qualities of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion into the organisation and it is credit to everyone who supports the hard working teams through their dedication and commitment."

Solat Chaudhry, CEO of the National Centre for Diversity

The list highlights 100 of the UK’s best organisations from all sectors in relation to their work for fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement.

“To jump from number 74 to 42 in just one year is no mean achievement. The key to driving success is through building on momentum - the key to everything that mhs has accomplished. Congratulations”, added Solat Chaudhry.
