How do I ask Ash a question?
The best way to Ask Ash a question is to leave a message for Ash on social media by direct messaging us on Facebook (Facebook messenger link), Instagram, or Twitter.
Email your question to communications@mhs.org.uk. Please include the subject line 'Ask Ash' and make sure we've received this by 10am on Tuesday 13 June 2023 to allow us time to get the most recent update for you.
Phone Ash on the day
We'll have a dedicated Ask Ash phone line open on the day, please call 01634 354 284. Please note this line will only be open from 1-8pm on Tuesday 13 June 2023.
