We’ve been named in the top 20 digital housing providers

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been ranked at number 15 in Housing Digital’s Top 30 digital housing providers list.

With entrants from all over the UK, the shortlist picks out the organisations that best continued to meet the needs of their customers amidst the pandemic through “thoughtful engagement with technology”.

Operations Director Stephanie Goad said, “This is really fantastic news. The last year has been very challenging, but our resourceful and innovative team has adapted and advanced our digital services to meet our customers' needs, continuing to put our customers at the heart of everything we do. It’s brilliant for our colleagues to get the recognition they deserve and I’m very excited about what’s still to come from our digital journey.”

The last year has seen us advance digitally in a number of ways, from seamlessly moving our workforce to remote working almost overnight, to introducing an Estate Management tool which allows our Estates Delivery team to see evidence of completed work without the need to go on site.

This is what the judges had to say about us: “Really good to see a focus on how they are making data available to all staff and encouraging the use of their Business Intelligence tool (BI), InPhase. Enabling all staff to access BI will help build a data-driven culture.”

Our customers agree!

Most importantly, our digital progression has been recognised by our customers too. At the end of January 2021, our satisfaction rating for overall online services averaged 8.1/10. This is up from 6.9/10 at the start of January 2020.

 “Very easy to report a repair through the website, and easy to keep track of rent payments and tenancy. Everything in one place without the need for talking on the telephone for hours on end - a very good service from mhs homes,” said one customer.

Another commented, “Didn't realise it would be that quick and easy. Much better than hanging on the phone for a while!”
