Customer drop in session at Hoo

We're holding a customer drop-in session at Hoo Library in Rochester, 2-4pm on Tuesday 15 November

There's no need to book. Just pop in at any time between 2-4pm and talk to us about anything related to your home or tenancy, including:

How to manage your tenancy online using My Account
Paying your rent and charges including how to set up a Direct Debit with us
Questions about your neighbourhood and estate
Guidance on your money, bills, and energy over the winter months
Adaptations to your home
If you feel you need any support

We're here to support you and our trained Customer Team will be happy to help with your query, no matter how big or small.
