Customer drop in session at Lordswood
We're holding a customer drop-in session at Lordswood Library in Chatham, 2-4pm on Tuesday 6 December
There's no need to book. Just pop in at any time between 2-4pm on Tuesday 6 December and talk to us about anything related to your home or tenancy, including:
- How to manage your tenancy online using My Account
- Paying your rent and charges including how to set up a Direct Debit with us
- Questions about your neighbourhood and estate
- Guidance on your money, bills, and energy over the winter months
- Adaptations to your home
- If you feel you need any support
We're here to support you and our trained Customer Team will be happy to help with your query, no matter how big or small.
The customer drop in sessions at Lordswood Library are held on the first Tuesday of every month.
