Customer drop in session at Hoo Library, Rochester

We're holding a customer drop-in session at Hoo Library in Rochester, 2-4pm on Tuesday 17 May.

There's no need to book. Just pop in at any time between 2-4pm and talk to us about anything related to your home or tenancy, including:

• How to manage your tenancy online using My Account
• Paying your rent and charges including how to set up a Direct Debit with us
• Questions about your neighbourhood and estate
• Guidance on your money, bills, and energy over the winter months
• Adaptations to your home
• If you feel you need any support

We're here to support you and our trained Customer Team will be happy to help with your query, no matter how big or small.
