What are modular homes?

Modular homes are built indoors often in factories, before being covered and transported to the site where they are assembled. These types of homes are more affordable and faster to build than regular ones, meaning we are able to produce more of them. This helps us provide more homes for those that need them. Modular homes are also built with eco-friendly materials and are designed to be more energy efficient - great for the environment and your back pocket!
