Our services and functions are continuously scrutinised. There are a few groups set up specifically to carry out this process.

 

Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP)

We love to know what our customers really think about us. It’s one of the ways we can improve and grow as an organisation. That’s why our CSP is so important to us. They tell us when we get things right and when we get them wrong. They help us change the things that need changing and challenge us to do better.

They’re a friendly bunch from all walks of life – a teacher, a chef and a stay at home mum – with one thing in common; they’re all customers who care about what we do.

They meet every few months for a couple of hours to talk about what we're doing at mhs homes. Often, they’ll hear from staff who go along to show them what we’re up to. You can see what they've achieved here.

Finance Risk and Audit Committee

The Finance Risk and Audit Committee looks at how we're doing financially and makes sure that risk control procedures are in place.

 

Remuneration Committee

The Remuneration Committee looks at the contracts and salaries of our executive directors, as well as bonus payments.
