Steve and his wife became tenants of mhs homes in early 2016. They secured a ground floor property, modified to accommodate the disability Stephen developed as a result of a long-term illness.

The couple experienced some issues in the early days of their tenancy. Steve was so impressed with the swift and efficient response from mhs that he decided to join the Customer Scrutiny Panel, wanting ‘to give something back’.

Aiming to add a fresh set of eyes to the panel, Steve has a particular interest in the needs of disabled customers and the issues they face. He aims to share the CSP’s milestones and successes far and wide, to show that mhs homes listens to and acts upon tenant feedback.
