End your tenancy as an affordable or social rent customer
The easiest way to end your tenancy is to give notice in My Account (it takes 5 minutes).
If you don't have My Account you can use our ending a social rent tenancy form.
End a tenancy on behalf of someone else
You may need to do this if:
- A tenant has died
- A tenant isn't capable of ending the tenancy themselves
You'll need to use our ending a tenancy on behalf of someone else form.
End your tenancy as a market rent customer
If you're a market rent customer please give notice using our market rent termination form.
End your tenancy as a garage customer
If you're a garage customer, please provide notice using our garage termination form.
