About your rent account

If you rent a home or a garage, you'll have a rent account with us.

We take your rent payments from this account every Monday. But you can pay into it whenever you like. We recommend paying in enough to leave yourself a buffer.

You have to pay rent two weeks in advance. So you're always ahead of yourself.

But remember, if you don't pay your rent, you could end up losing your home.

 

Pay online

Paying online is easy. Simply log in to your account, choose 'make a payment' and follow the steps.

 

Pay by phone

Pay using our secure payment phone line (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).

Call us on 01634 565333 and wait for the instructions for the automated payment system.

 

Set up a Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit means you don't have to worry about repeating payments. The amount is sent automatically as often as you decide - it can be every week, every two weeks or every month.

 

Set up a Direct Debit by phone

When calling, all you need is your name, address and bank details with you.

Call us on 01634 565333 and choose to speak to an adviser who will be able to help you set up the direct debit.

Or arrange for us to call you by filling in a Direct Debit request form.

 

Mail us a Direct Debit Mandate form

With a Direct Debit Mandate form you can decide to pay monthly, weekly or fortnightly.
